We operate a strict No Return, No Exchange, No Cancellation policy.

Since we work with third-party international suppliers through AliDrop and AliExpress:

• We do not accept returns for any reason including size issues, change of mind, dislike of product, or delay in delivery

• We do not offer exchanges

• We do not cancel orders after they are placed

Damaged/Defective Items

Because products ship directly from suppliers:

• In case of damaged or defective items, customers must contact the supplier directly

• RoyalBucket is not responsible for product quality, packaging, or condition upon delivery

• We may assist by sharing supplier contact details where possible, but we are not obligated to provide refunds

Non-delivery

• If an order is marked delivered by the courier/supplier, we are not liable for missing items

• For lost packages, claims must be raised with the courier or supplier
