Orders placed on RoyalBucket are fulfilled and shipped directly by our international and domestic supplier partners, including AliDrop and AliExpress sellers.

  • Shipping timelines, tracking availability, and delivery methods are controlled by the respective supplier

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 10–35 business days, depending on product, location, customs clearance, and courier delays

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if you purchase multiple items

  • Delays caused by customs, airline issues, courier backlogs, natural disasters, or supplier processing time are beyond our control

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed

 

Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared only if provided by the supplier

  • Some economical shipping methods may not offer full tracking

 

Customs & Duties

  • Any customs, import duties, taxes, or additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

 

Lost or delayed shipments

  • RoyalBucket is not responsible for delays/loss caused by courier companies or customs

  • We can assist in raising queries with the supplier, but resolution is not guaranteed
